What was wrong
These buyers convert on trust in execution capability, not a sales pitch, and needed to be served with Arabic as the primary market and canonical locale, English routed as secondary for regional and international buyers, not the other way around.
What I Did
Built an industrial, engineering-led design system instead of a startup look: a cool neutral canvas, a dark brand shell for header and footer, orange reserved strictly for calls to action, and Poppins paired with Tajawal for Arabic. Centralized SEO through shared metadata and JSON-LD builders reused across every page rather than duplicated per page. Added an anime.js motion system built on one easing curve site-wide, by design with no bounce or spring, including a scroll-reveal primitive, an orchestrated hero entrance, and a first-load splash where the real logo draws itself in and flies into the header position.
What changed
Shipped a production bilingual EPC site with a disciplined technical-SEO foundation and a brand-consistent motion system, built around inquiry, WhatsApp, and company-profile-download conversion paths rather than checkout.
Proof points
- Live bilingual production site (Arabic canonical, English secondary) on Vercel
- Shared metadata and JSON-LD builders reused across every page instead of per-page duplication
- Media pipeline discipline: source imagery recompressed from 54MB to 8.9MB; the hero video defers off mobile, reduced-motion, and save-data connections
